What You'll Do

Daily Management
- Manage and grow presence on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube
- Create and maintain content calendar aligned with product launches
- Monitor, respond to comments/messages, and engage with community
- Track metrics and provide performance reports

Content Creation
- Write engaging copy across platforms
- Create/coordinate graphics, short videos, infographics (Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Repurpose long-form content into social posts
- Develop hashtag strategies and stay current with trends

Community & Campaigns
- Build relationships with educators, students, EdTech influencers
- Organize online events (Twitter Spaces, LinkedIn Lives)
- Support marketing campaigns with coordinated social promotion
- Share user stories and monitor brand sentiment

Analytics
- Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth
- Use tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, platform analytics)
- A/B test content and provide actionable insights
- Weekly/monthly reporting

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media

Experience: 2-3 years managing social media (tech/EdTech/SaaS preferred)

Skills:
- Platform expertise and algorithm knowledge
- Strong copywriting and basic design (Canva)
- Analytics tools proficiency
- Social media management tools experience

Language: Fluent English

Attributes: Creative, organized, self-motivated, passionate about education and community building

Bonus Skills

Video editing, EdTech experience, paid social ads, AI technology understanding
